Does the Individual license include software upgrades?
No. The Individual license ($697) is a perpetual license and does not include software upgrades. It keeps working with the version you purchased. Bug fixes and security patches are not upgrades. The Professional and Studio plans cover software upgrades for 3 years. See Pricing and Support and Updates.
Is there a free trial, and can I get a refund?
You can try the software free for 15 days before you buy; no credit card is needed for the trial. After you purchase, you can request a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date, for any reason; after 15 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, use the contact form, choose “Refund request” as the topic, or email refund@cadautomationpro.com, and include your order number. We'll review your request and, if it's eligible under this policy, issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record, so your receipt will come from Lemon Squeezy, and any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout. See the full refund policy.
Is the installer signed?
The installer is digitally signed by Cad Automation Pro, LLC. Only run an installer downloaded from cadautomationpro.com. See the Installation Guide.
What do I need to run CAD Automation Pro?
Requires a licensed copy, installed on the user’s computer, of AutoCAD 2018 or later for Windows, or one of these AutoCAD-based products: AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD Raster Design, Civil 3D or Advance Steel (not included). No add-on toolsets are needed.
